- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for talent acquisition initiatives.
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Job Requirements :
- 10-23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving successful recruitment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Tamil language is an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build robust relationships with internal clients.
