Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and hands-on Digital & Brand Communications Manager to take ownership of our website, digital presence and brand collateral.

The role will sit at the intersection of web development, graphic design, digital content and brand communications, ensuring that our brand is consistently and professionally

Key responsibilities

Website & Digital

- Manage, maintain and continuously improve the organisations website.
- Drive social media engagement through high quality posts and campaigns
- Create and publish recent website content, pages and updates.
- Ensure the website is visually engaging, user-friendly, mobile-responsive and up to date.
- Manage website analytics, SEO basics and digital performance.

Brand & Creative

- Develop brand guidelines for the organisation.
- Design brochures, reports, presentations, posters, banners, event materials, invitations, social media assets and other communications materials.
- Create templates and visual assets that enable the wider team to communicate consistently.
- Help evolve and strengthen the organisations visual identity and brand presence.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.

Events & Communications

- Develop creative assets for conferences, workshops, exhibitions and other events.
- Support the creation of event branding, signage, exhibition materials, presentations and promotional collateral.
- Work closely with internal teams to translate ideas and messages into compelling visual and digital content.
- Support campaigns and communications across web, email and social media channels.

Digital Asset & Brand Management

- Maintain a well-organised digital asset library and ensure appropriate version control.




- Support production team with creating labels and stickers for products
- Establish and maintain brand templates, guidelines and reusable creative assets.
- Manage domains and renewals of websites when needed.
- Coordinate with external designers, developers, printers and other suppliers when required.

Experience & skills

We are looking for someone who is creative, technically capable and highly organised, with the ability to take a project from concept through to final delivery.

Essential:

- Experience managing and updating websites, ideally using a CMS such as WordPress or similar.
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Experience creating professional marketing and communications collateral.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma or equivalent.
- Good understanding of digital content, social media and web best practice.
- Robust attention to detail and an excellent eye for visual quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

- Basic HTML/CSS and web development knowledge.
- Experience with SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience producing materials for conferences, exhibitions or events.
- Experience working with video, photography or motion graphics.
- Experience managing brand guidelines and digital asset libraries.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is a creative generalist who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of communications. They should be comfortable moving between updating a website, designing a brochure, preparing an event banner, organising digital assets and creating a new visual campaign.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive and solutions-oriented, who will work closely with our teams across many departments.
