We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Security Consultant with 7-12 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Security and be able to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and implement secure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Develop and maintain security profiles, user provisioning, and role assignment processes.
- Ensure compliance with RBAC and segregation of duties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and support on Oracle Fusion HCM Security best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Security concepts and principles.
- Experience with abstract roles, duty roles, data roles, and security profiles.
- Familiarity with user provisioning, role assignment, and role inheritance.
- Understanding of RBAC and segregation of duties.
