- 8 years of experience in data analysis, BI, and data modeling.
- Robust dimensional modeling skills (star/snowflake schemas) and advanced SQL.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI, including semantic models, DAX or equivalent, and refresh and performance tuning.
- Experience ETL pipelines.
- Experience tracing data lineage and dependencies across sources, pipelines, and reports.
- Experience writing technical documentation, runbooks, and data dictionaries.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage stakeholders.
