Job Description:
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups for US healthcare/medical billing.
- Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and payment status.
- Work on denial management, claim rejections, and payment discrepancies.
- Analyze unpaid claims, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain AR reports and follow up on pending claims to meet productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills:
- Experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.
- Knowledge of AR Calling, Denial Management, and Claims Follow-up.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
