Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support & Sales Executives for our International BPO Voice Process. The role involves handling international customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Identify sales and upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
