- Lead a team of Quality Engineers to ensure high-quality software products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and other tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, prioritize issues, and implement fixes.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., customer feedback) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 10-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- Robust expertise in automation testing using Java, Selenium, etc. .
- Proven track record of leading teams or managing projects related to quality assurance.
