Role Purpose
Design and optimize Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) solutions for Data Centre and industrial cooling applications. Responsible for thermal-hydraulic calculations, selection of Plate Heat Exchangers (PHEs), pumps, valves, and piping systems to deliver energy-productive, cost-effective, and technically compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design customized CDU and liquid cooling solutions based on customer requirements.
- Perform thermal and hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, and system optimization.
- Select and size PHEs, pumps, valves, and secondary-side piping systems.
- Prepare technical submittals, equipment schedules, engineering calculations, and documentation.
- Support sales teams with proposals, compliance statements, tender reviews, and customer presentations.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and project execution activities.
- Support commissioning, FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, and resolution of hydraulic/thermal performance issues.




- Ensure designs meet customer specifications, industry standards, and company guidelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Thermal Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience in HVAC, liquid cooling, Data Centre cooling, hydronic systems, or thermal management.
- Experience with CDU systems, chilled water systems, heat exchangers, pumps, and piping design preferred.
