Job SummaryWe are looking for agile and target-oriented professionals for the Direct Sales Force team to recruit and develop Insurance Advisors for the Life Insurance business. The role involves advisor sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, activation, and relationship management to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities

- Identify, source, and recruit potential Insurance Advisors through various channels.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective advisors.
- Explain advisor business opportunities, commission structures, and earning potential.
- Conduct meetings and regular follow-ups to convert prospects into active advisors.
- Support advisor onboarding, documentation, and licensing processes, as applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Advisors.
- Motivate and support advisors to improve productivity and achieve business targets.
- Monitor advisor recruitment, activation,



and performance.
- Develop local networks to generate advisor recruitment leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Candidate Requirements

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Bancassurance, or Direct Sales.
- Experience in Insurance Advisor Recruitment, Agency Development, or Advisor Sourcing is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good networking, lead generation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for advisor recruitment and business development.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period are preferred.
