Position : Head - B2B Sales

Location : Govandi (E) in Mumbai

Education : Any graduate

Experience : 10+ years in corporate / B2B sales of any QSR products or Retail food products or Finished food products

Profile Overview : This role is for someone who can grow the business, manage operations smoothly, build systems, handle big clients, and lead teams effectively

Job Responsibilities :

1. Grow the business: Find new ways to increase B2B sales and revenue (from 12 Cr to 22 Cr+).

2. Manage operations end-to-end: Ensure smooth order processingfrom production to delivery.

3. Build systems & technology: Set up tools like CRM and tracking systems to manage sales and orders efficiently.

4. Handle key clients: Build solid relationships with big customers and close high-value deals.

5. Work on products: Help decide pricing,



hampers, and gifting products to increase profits.

6. Create processes: Develop clear systems and SOPs so work runs smoothly without depending on individuals.
