## Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented **Inside Sales Executives / Relationship Managers** to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with customers through calls, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

This is a **Work From Home** chance suitable for candidates who have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

* Explain NoBroker products and services clearly to customers.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.

* Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

* Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





* Build positive relationships with customers and provide a good customer experience.

* Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

## Candidate Requirements

* Education: **10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate**

* Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Strong sales and convincing skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* **English communication is required.** Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
