Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective QHSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS).

- Provide training on QHSE procedures, regulations, and best practices to employees at all levels.

- Ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and accidents; investigate root causes; and recommend corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Compliance role within Pharmaceutical industry.

- MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Chemistry or related field; Diploma in QC/Quality Management preferred.

- Robust knowledge of GMPs/GLP/GCP guidelines; ISO implementation experience an added advantage.
