Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QC Engineer with experience in software testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of manual testing, test case preparation, defect tracking, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test execution plans.
- Design and execute test cases for manual, functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Perform end-to-end testing to validate business processes, workflows, and CRM functionalities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint testing, defect triage, and test status reporting.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers,



business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Perform non-functional testing, including performance, usability, compatibility, and security testing, wherever applicable.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and testing processes.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or manual testing.
- Good knowledge of test case design, test execution, and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar testing and defect-tracking tools.
- Understanding of functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
