- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive business results.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, generators, transformers, etc.
- Experience in textile manufacturing or a similar industry is preferred.
