Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
- Manage Sheet Metal, Heavy Fabrication, Weld Shop, Robotic Welding, and Assembly operations.
- Drive automation, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and OEE improvement initiatives.
- Improve productivity, reduce rejection, material wastage, and manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate with NPD and Engineering teams for tooling, process planning, and new product launches.
- Lead shop-floor teams, optimize manpower and machine utilization, and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Monitor production MIS, capacity utilization, and operational performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
A seasoned manufacturing professional with robust expertise in sheet metal, fabrication, welding, robotic automation, and production management within the automotive or allied manufacturing industry.
