We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1-4 years of experience in selling Odoo ERP or ERP/IT solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospects, understanding business requirements, and closing sales for Odoo ERP solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations for Odoo ERP
- Understand client business processes and propose suitable Odoo ERP solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and enterprise clients
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with pre-sales and implementation teams




- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline in CRM
- Stay updated with Odoo features, modules, and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in B2B field sales
- Experience in selling Odoo ERP / ERP / SaaS / IT solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand business workflows and map them to ERP solutions
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and good time-management skills
