We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer / Technical Lead with 1016 years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications using Appian.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications and automate complex business workflows using Appian.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable Appian solutions and business process flows.
- Strong hands-on experience with Process Models, SAIL, Expression Rules and Integrations.
- Design and develop integrations between Appian and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, system owners, functional teams and technical teams to design, implement, test and validate solutions.
- Design new applications and support maintenance/enhancement of existing Appian applications.
- Define solution/integration architecture and follow Appian-recommended design best practices.
- Strong understanding of Appian Security, Groups, CDT, Process Design and database/entity modelling.
- Perform unit testing and review Appian health-check reports to identify performance optimization opportunities.
- Estimate technical effort, plan development activities and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodology and tools such as JIRA.
