- Oversee corporate actions management, including event notification, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to investment banking operations.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations or a similar field.
- Robust understanding of capital markets, collateral management, and trade operations.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different departments.
- Excellent business analysis skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
