Hiring: Customer Coordinator (Manufacturing to Dispatch)

About the role
Be the single point of contact for our customers from the day their machine goes into production until it is dispatched. Keep customers updated and record every milestone in the Arceus India app.
What you will do
- Update customers on production progress, delays and dispatch dates
- Follow up with production, quality and logistics teams
- Coordinate FAT/inspections and dispatch documents
- Share vehicle and LR details and collect delivery confirmation
- Update order status in the Arceus India app in real time
What we need
- Positive English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Comfortable with apps and MS Excel
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
