Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Pune
Experience: 5 to 9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Income Tax.
- Handle TDS calculations, tax declarations, Form 16, and payroll reconciliations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.
- Address employee payroll and taxation queries.
- Support audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

- 5 to 9 years of experience in Payroll Operations.
- Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliances.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll systems.
- Positive analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Must Know: Payroll Processing, Income Tax, Payroll Statutory Compliance, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, TDS, Form 16, Payroll Operations, HRMS, Payroll Audit.
