Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing.
- Validate end-to-end workflows covering positive, negative, alternate, and exception scenarios.
- Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects through resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners.
- Conduct peer reviews of test cases, test plans, and execution results.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
