- Connect with candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up on interview feedback and selection status.
- Learn end-to-end IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and the IT industry.
