Position: Surgery Medical Coder / Quality Analyst (QA)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Up to 10 LPA
Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai & Noida
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 1 Month

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Surgery Medical Coding.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and medical terminology.
- Good understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and applicable coding guidelines.
- Experience in surgery coding, auditing, or quality analysis, depending on the role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

For Surgery Medical Coders

- Review medical records and operative reports.
- Assign accurate codes for surgical procedures based on documentation.
- Follow applicable coding guidelines and compliance standards.




- Ensure coding accuracy and meet productivity and quality targets.

For Surgery QA

- Audit surgery-coded charts for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify coding errors and provide appropriate feedback.
- Conduct quality reviews and support root-cause analysis.
- Help improve coding accuracy and overall team performance.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in Surgery Medical Coding or Surgery QA.
- Strong knowledge of surgical coding guidelines.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 1 month are preferred.
