- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for insurance products.
- Meet daily/weekly targets by converting leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing customers, resolving their queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO sales, credit card sales, loan sales or telesales.
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
