Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and design systems. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma and other design tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve user experience and product usability.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies to continuously improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, Responsive Design, and User-Centered Design.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and developer handoff processes.




- Experience with usability testing, user research, accessibility standards, and interaction design.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- UI/UX, Google UX, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related certifications will be an added advantage.

Eligibility / Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
- Robust proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface (UI) design, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into intuitive design solutions.
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
