The ideal candidate should have practical experience in building scalable applications and a passion for mentoring aspiring software developers through hands-on, project-based training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions with live coding demonstrations.
- Train students on enterprise application architecture and industry best practices.
- Mentor learners in developing end-to-end real-world projects.
- Create course content, assignments, coding exercises, and technical assessments.
- Prepare learners for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously enhance the training curriculum.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
- Previous experience in technical training, mentoring,
or coaching is preferred.
- Experience building scalable enterprise applications using Microservices.
- Strong understanding of application performance optimization and security.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
