Description: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Solution Expert with 5+ years of experience bridging client technology requirements and solution delivery. This role focuses on defining requirements, creating solution diagrams, and coordinating implementations for enterprise AI and telephony solutions.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with client IT and telephony teams to capture requirements.
- Create solution diagrams and technical documentation.
- Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements.
- Manage implementation roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Support proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production rollouts.
- Coordinate UAT, capture feedback, and manage defect resolution.
- Identify and mitigate risks in solution delivery.
- Prepare reports, executive presentations, and client updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s/Master s in IT, Business, or related field.
- Experience in telephony, AI, or enterprise solution design.
- Skilled in Visio/Lucidchart for diagrams.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
- Familiarity with compliance/regulatory standards.
