Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python, data engineering, and AI agent frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building agent-ready data ecosystems, developing scalable data pipelines, and implementing AI agent solutions using modern agentic frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

This role requires hands-on experience in software engineering, data integration, API development, and enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable real-time and batch data pipelines for AI-driven applications.
- Enable agent-ready data architecture by ensuring seamless access, availability, and integration of enterprise data.
- Develop and implement AI agent systems using Google AI Development Kit (ADK) or similar agentic AI frameworks.
- Design, build, and test Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations within enterprise environments.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for agent-to-system communication.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, and external services.
- Work closely with data owners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Perform continuous testing, monitoring,



and optimization of data pipelines and integrations.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and performance across systems.
- Contribute to best practices for AI agent development, deployment, and monitoring.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5-13 years of experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or data-intensive application development.
- Robust proficiency in Python programming and backend development.
- Experience designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM-based applications.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI Agent frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, API integration, and distributed systems.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and performance optimization of enterprise applications.
