Job Description:

We are hiring AR Callers with experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for our Chennai location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups for US healthcare claims.
- Work on denied, pending, and underpaid claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status and payment updates.
- Identify denial reasons and perform denial management activities.
- Work with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms.
- Understand healthcare billing procedures and hospital administration processes.




- Maintain accurate claim documentation and meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
