AI & Emerging Technologies

- Generative AI solution implementation.
- Amazon Q and AI-assisted contact centre experiences.
- Prompt engineering and conversational design.
- RAG architecture and implementation.
- AI monitoring and observability.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- AWS Certified Developer.
