What do we need help with?

We are looking for an experienced consultant to work on a large institutional multi-year business transformation and integration project in cross border payments.
What will you do?

Business analysis
Develop business requirements and backlogs

Develop detailed business specifications, including worked numerical examples

Develop functional architectures and solutions designs

Develop delivery roadmaps,identifydependencies,risksand issues

Perform business process reengineering

Consulting
Work as part of a teamin hybrid manner

Engage with client stakeholders toascertainrequirements, and validate Lab49 output

Facilitate workshopsbetween Lab and client to resolve issues, risks and discover requirements
What do you need to know?

Skills & Knowledge
Working knowledge offinancial markets, some experience of payments

Working knowledge of typical financial flows and architecture

Understanding of business process modelling

Ability to gather and document business requirements

Understanding of agile methodologies including the creation of epics / user stories and the effective management of backlogs

Stakeholder management

Excellent communication skills; able torepresentthe team,projectand firm in all manner of client situations

Willingness and ability to get "hands-on" as needed; developing detailed specification and numerical examples





Experience
Experience with business analysis projects both as an individual and as part of a team

Experience with business analysis in the financial markets environment

Experience working with IT teams to deliver products / solutions

Experience with projects from inception through to delivery

Experience working in an agile environment
