Department: Customer Relationship Management

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.

* Follow up with existing and potential customers.

* Maintain and update customer and CRM records.

* Coordinate with Sales and Service teams.

* Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

* Prepare daily/weekly follow-up reports.

* Track leads, enquiries, appointments, and customer status.

* Maintain good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* B.Com / M.Com / Any.

* 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
