Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with solid English communication skills to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with international clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers professionally through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues.
Requirements
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work night shifts from the office.
