Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

About the Role
The Blox Preschool is looking for a friendly, well-spoken Admission Counsellor & CRM Coordinator to guide parents through the admission process and keep our parent enquiry records organised. You will be the first point of contact for new families and will help grow enrolments at our Panipat centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone and online enquiries from parents and give clear information about our programs, fees and facilities.
- Conduct school tours and counsel parents on choosing the right program for their child.
- Follow up with enquiries regularly and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain the parent enquiry and admission database (CRM / Excel) and keep it up to date.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
- Coordinate admission paperwork,
fee collection records and new-student onboarding with the Center Head.
- Plan and support open days, events and local promotional activities.
- Respond to parent queries on WhatsApp, calls and social media in a polite and timely manner.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Management or Education preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions counselling, front office, customer relations or sales coordination. Freshers with excellent communication may apply.
- Good spoken English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and basic computer tools.
- Warm, presentable and confident while talking to parents.
