Position: Laboratory Technologist

Location: Bolpur, West Bengal

Job type: Full time (1 opening)

Pay: ₹1,20,000 per year

Eligibility: Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)

Key responsibilities:

- Collect blood and other samples, including through home visits.

- Perform laboratory tests and maintain equipment.

- Ensure patient safety, quality control, and timely reporting.

- Maintain laboratory records and support audits.

- Train paramedical students and junior technologists.

- Survey pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and the local patient pool.

- Conduct community outreach and coordinate with healthcare partners.
