SENTRA SKY LOGISTICS LLC is looking for a motivated candidates from India to support our Dubai logistics operations, Customer service and Telesales activities.

Job Location : India ( WFH )

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups and shipment status updates.
- Coordinate air freight, sea freight and road freight shipments.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations with customers and overseas agents.
- Assist with shipment documentation, booking coordination and operational updates.
- Make outbound sales calls, generate leads and follow up on prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records, quotation trackers and shipment reports.
- Coordinate with the Dubai team, transporters, overseas agents and customers.

Requirements

- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, customer service or telesales.
- Valuable spoken and written English. Hindi is an advantage.
- Professional telephone manner and strong follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM or logistics software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with an international team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
