Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing key documents, and communicating relevant information Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment, materials, brochures, and presentation folders Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring correct prices, discounts, and product numbers Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials, sales presentations, and events Coordinate with other departments including logistics, marketing, finance,



and customer service to ensure smooth operations Track sales orders, monitor delivery dates, and inform clients of any delays or issues Generate and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to management Maintain organized filing systems for sales records and administrative documentation Process new sales leads, schedule meetings, and nurture sales prospects Handle quotations, proposals, and payment recovery activities.
