Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Admission Coordinator to manage the admission process, counsel students and parents, handle admission inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination between students and the institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel and guide prospective students and parents about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Handle admission inquiries, follow-ups, calls, and student interactions.
- Manage admission forms, documentation, and student records accurately.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and administration teams.
- Maintain daily admission reports and update student databases.
- Support promotional activities, seminars, and student engagement initiatives.




- Ensure a smooth and professional admission experience for students and parents.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in admissions, counselling, student support, or a similar role; experience in the education/coaching sector is preferred.
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
- A target-oriented approach with a professional and student-friendly attitude.
