- Shipment Tracking: Monitor freight and delivery routes to make sure orders reach customers or warehouses on time. • Inventory Management: Update stock databases, record incoming and outgoing items, and audit inventory levels. • Carrier Coordination: Book transport, schedule drivers, and negotiate rates with shipping or freight companies. • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork, and on-time delivery reports. • Problem Solving: Resolve shipping delays, route obstacles, damaged goods, or missed deadlines immediately.
