We are looking for an experienced GenAI Lead Consultant / Senior Lead Consultant to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and production-ready Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Deep Learning, and GenAI application development, along with the ability to transform proof of concepts (PoCs) into enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, conversational AI, copilots, and intelligent automation platforms.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy LLM-based applications and machine learning models.
- Build and optimize end-to-end LLM development and deployment pipelines.
- Transform GenAI proofs of concept into scalable, secure, production-grade applications.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, conduct experiments, and evaluate model performance.
- Prepare, clean, process, and select appropriate datasets for training and evaluating AI/ML models.
- Work with open-source and API-based LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks such as LangChain and Microsoft Semantic Kernel.
- Design cloud-based GenAI architectures with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Implement Responsible AI and data privacy practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and ethical handling of data.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

- Solid programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM development, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and neural networks.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or NumPy.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and model optimization.
- Experience in building ML/LLM pipelines and deploying AI applications in production environments.
- Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of data mining, statistical analysis, data visualization, and Responsible AI principles.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), conversational AI, copilots, and intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with PySpark, Databricks, Azure ML, AWS AI/ML services, or Google Cloud AI/ML tools.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized GenAI architectures.
- Knowledge of data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible model governance.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
