key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
• The candidate will be expected to: Assist in preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reports, including analysis of related-party / international transactions. Assist in conducting functional, asset and risk (FAR) analyses and understanding the business operations and transaction profile of clients. Perform economic and benchmarking analyses for various types of international transactions, including identification and analysis of potentially comparable companies/transactions. Undertake company, industry and economic research using publicly available information and relevant research/commercial databases. Review financial statements, annual reports and other financial information and assist in financial analysis, margin computations and adjustments, as applicable. Assist in performing comparability analyses, including review of business descriptions and financial information of potential comparable companies. Support the team in preparing transfer pricing analyses and documentation in accordance with applicable Indian transfer pricing regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, as relevant to the engagement. Assist engagement teams in gathering, organising and analysing financial and business information received from clients.



Prepare clear and well-structured working papers, supporting computations and research documentation. Coordinate with team members and provide timely updates on assigned deliverables. Develop and maintain an understanding of developments in transfer pricing, international taxation and relevant regulatory guidance. Support senior team members on other transfer pricing assignments and client deliverables, as required. Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification
