We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor who will act as a key link between customers and the workshop team. The role involves handling service bookings, understanding vehicle issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a smooth service experience while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Service Booking
Greet customers and schedule service appointments
Understand customer concerns and vehicle-related issues
Explain service requirements, repair options, timelines, and costs
Job Card Preparation & Workshop Coordination
Prepare accurate job cards / work orders
Communicate repair and maintenance requirements to technicians
Ensure proper job allocation to mechanics
Advising & Upselling
Recommend preventive maintenance and additional services
Upsell value-added services, accessories, and extended warranties
Workshop Communication
Act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team
Track job progress and provide timely updates to customers
Ensure jobs are completed within committed timelines
Cost Estimation & Customer Approval
Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and services
Obtain customer approval before executing additional work
Quality Check & Vehicle Delivery
Inspect serviced vehicles prior to delivery
Explain work performed, billing details, and warranty coverage
Ensure smooth and timely vehicle handover
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Follow up post-service to collect feedback
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain service records and job-related documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards
Skills Required

Experience & Eligibility
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Service Advisor in 2-Wheeler EV segment
Industry Preference: Electric Two-Wheeler / Automobile Service
Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹26,000 Net Take-Home per month
