About the Role
We’re looking for a strong QA Engineer to join our Customer Technology team. You’ll support new development and ongoing maintenance of our shipment tools, owning quality across UI, APIs, and data-driven systems. This role suits someone who enjoys building solid automation, digging into data, and working closely with engineering and product to ship reliable releases.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI and backend services
• Build and execute API tests (REST/SOAP), validating requests, responses, error handling, and contracts
• Test data-driven systems: validate data flows, transformations, and integrity using SQL and backend checks
• Prepare, manage, and maintain test data and test environments
• Write transparent, comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from requirements and user stories
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test runs
• Log, track, and verify defects with clear reproduction steps, and drive them to closure
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data engineers to define acceptance criteria and quality standards
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation, expand coverage, and improve efficiency
• Continuously improve QA processes, frameworks, and reporting Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in test automation




• Strong hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Solid experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or Cucumber (BDD)
• Good working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing
• Experience testing data-driven applications and validating large datasets
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Version control with Git
• Experience with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, or Xray
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Good to Have
• Experience with AI-assisted testing or coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Testim, Mabl)
• Performance testing exposure with JMeter, k6, or Gatling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized test environments
• Experience with ETL/data pipeline testing
• Domain experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification What We Value
