Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with customers and the sales team regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Manage sales documentation, order processing, and sales reports.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams.
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely order execution.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience in sales coordination and order management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati. ?
