• R&D;/Engineering experience for battery systems domain including battery pack design, development and validation
• Experience in Cell-to-pack design and integration
- Design/Integration/Cooling/system performance/BMS
• Experience in Battery Management Systems and configurations
• Experience in cooling systems/HVAC, battery system design-for-safety
• Experience in handling product issues, projects, trouble shooting, problem solving for quality and performance
• Very valuable design-to-cost experience with deep understanding of cost drivers and optimisation levers
• Very good stakeholder management skills, communication skills – experience in working with suppliers
