Company Description Dubai Healthcare City Authority is the governing body of the Dubai Healthcare City free zone, established in May 2011 by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum to position the zone as a leading global health and wellness destination. The Authority oversees strategic planning, regulation, and development of healthcare, wellness, and related commercial activities within the free zone. Role Description The Director of Property Management is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the Authority’s property portfolio. This role includes planning and directing property operations, ensuring optimal occupancy, overseeing lease administration, and maintaining asset value across commercial and healthcare-related real estate. The Director will manage budgeting and financial performance of properties, monitor service quality, coordinate maintenance and facilities management, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading property management teams, building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders,



resolving complex operational issues, and supporting strategic real estate initiatives aligned with the Authority’s objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Property Management and Commercial Real Estate, with experience overseeing multi-site or complex portfolios.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting and financial oversight, including forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and stakeholder management, with a focus on tenant satisfaction and relationship building.
• Extensive leadership experience managing property or facilities teams, with the ability to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, real estate operations, and implementation of property management policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., RICS, CPM) are an advantage.
• Experience working within regulated environments or healthcare
