Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily restaurant and shift operations.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team members.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and food wastage.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and support sales targets. ? Required Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QSR / Restaurant / F&B; operations.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.




• Knowledge of inventory and wastage control.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends. ?
