Experience:
1–2 Years ? Job Overview Markek International is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to support MSME ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) assessment activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with assessors, maintaining MSME assessment data, reviewing quality-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable assessment checklists. ?
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ZED assessors for assessment planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Review MSME ZED applications and verify the availability and completeness of required documents.
- Maintain and update MSME ZED project data, assessment records, and status trackers.
- Check quality management documentation and implementation against the applicable ZED assessment checklist.
- Coordinate with MSMEs and assessors to resolve documentation gaps and assessment-related queries.
- Monitor assessment progress and follow up on pending activities to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and support day-to-day ZED operational activities.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper maintenance of assessment data. ? Required Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering graduate or Diploma holder in any relevant engineering discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in quality, operations, documentation, coordination, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems and quality control principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, or MSME ZED requirements will be an added advantage.
