Basis Vectors Portfolio Services India Pvt. Ltd. is part of the Basis Vectors group, a New York-headquartered private equity and technology firm that acquires and grows B2B SaaS businesses. We’re expanding our team to support a recent US account and are looking for confident voices to join us. What you’ll do
• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and customers
• Introduce our offerings clearly and build rapport over the phone
• Handle objections professionally and qualify leads
• Update call notes and follow-ups in the CRM
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets What we’re looking for




• 1–3 years of experience in an international voice process (US process preferred)
• Excellent spoken English with a clear US or neutral accent
• Good listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
