7+ Years Employment Type: Full time Joining: Immediate Joiners CTC: ₹12–15 LPA We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Manager based in Delhi NCR to manage end-to-end AP operations for US-based companies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
-
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP/P2P) operations.
• Mandatory experience working with US-based companies or US clients.
• Strong expertise in the complete AP lifecycle, including invoice processing, vendor payments, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of PO/non-PO invoices, 2-way/3-way matching, AP aging, payment processing,



and month-end closing.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of 3–5 members.
• Experience in vendor management, payment discrepancies, AP reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent English communication, leadership, and US stakeholder management skills.
• Must be currently residing in Delhi NCR.
• Immediate joiners only. Preferred

Skills:

• Experience in the US Pharmaceutical / Healthcare sector.
• Hands-on experience with the Greenphire application.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
